Each mat features an anti-slip rubber backing that keeps it firmly in place, even during intense sessions. Constructed with high-density foam (14 ft³), these mats provide excellent shock absorption while maintaining the firmness needed for balance, stability, and long-term performance.

Measuring 1 m x 2 m x4cm (approx. 3’3” x 6’6”x1.5") and weighing 40 lbs, Fight Gear Mats are built to stay put and withstand years of heavy use.  Also available in 2' thickness.
